BUT …?
We have shift PCs and shared devices — does that work?
Yes, that is exactly what the HAFN Standard Workplace in the logistics configuration is designed for. We use shared-device modes, kiosk-capable profiles and auto-logout, so a login at the shift PC does not mean a wait.
Our driver tablets are also used privately — how do we separate that?
Via Intune App Protection Policies: business apps run in a protected container, private apps remain untouched. On loss, the business area is wiped remotely — without touching private data.
We have an old ERP system — what happens to it?
The ERP keeps running. HAFN Standard and HAFN Betrieb build the Microsoft 365 workplace around it. Interfaces to ERP, telematics or TMS remain in place — we only make sure that identity, devices and permissions are set up cleanly.
We only want the workplace for now, not everything at once.
Exactly right. HAFN Standard Workplace is the first step — Azure topics come later, if you want them. The modules are clearly separated and individually bookable.
Can we cancel monthly?
Yes. All HAFN Betrieb service modules can be cancelled monthly. If your needs change — a new site, fewer devices, different shift models — we adjust the modules easily.
